Experience yoga and foraging on Guemes Island in the beautiful San Juans.
October 10th-13th 2024
Sold Out!
Join Stacy Dockins, the author of "Embodied Posture: Your Unique Body and Yoga," and nationally acclaimed Chef Sheena Croft for a one-of-a-kind and memorable event. Our focus is on connecting with our senses, the changing seasons, and ourselves, offering an immersive experience that balances self-care and exploration of the natural surroundings.
During this retreat, we will blend yoga, guided foraging, forest bathing, meditation, easy hikes, beach combing, and more. Located on Guemes Island near Anacortes, Washington, our journey will allow you to discover this beautiful and untamed landscape from a unique perspective.
This three-night retreat is all about rejuvenation. Stacy will lead daily classes designed to refresh your mind and body, while Chef Sheena will share her foraging expertise and she will introduce you to wild food resources from the island. We will enjoy delicious chef-prepared meals together and venture into the wilderness through hikes and foraging.
Please note that the program is located in a large house, not a retreat center, and the housing and dining will be communal style. While a limited number of single spots are available, most accommodations are for couples (shared beds). So, bring along a partner, mom, or best friend and reserve your spot soon, as space is very limited.
