CANCELLATION POLICY:

YP Virtual Membership

You are in control of your membership! Our YP Unlimited Membership can be canceled anytime with no additional cancelation fees or waiting period. To pause or cancel your membership please go to your profile after signing on. If you have trouble canceling your membership online by yourself then simply email info@yogaproject.com and we’ll help!

No refunds are allowed for past months due to the customer’s failure to utilize online services or failure to pause or cancel their membership.

Denton Studio Monthly Membership & Class Packages

Month-to-month members are in control and have the responsibility to cancel monthly memberships if they do not want to continue. YP cannot refund any payments after the sale has been completed regardless if you did not attend class.

Class packages cannot be shared or transferred to another person. Classes and class packages have a one-year expiration.

Online Teacher Training's & Retreats

All online training deposits and payments are non-refundable. Retreats and in-person trainings must be canceled at least 30 days (International is 60 days) prior to the start of the event and the deposit can be transferred to another scheduled YP event within the next calendar year if available.  Retreat deposits are lost if canceled after 30 days (International 60 days) prior to the start of the event.  To cancel or reschedule all trainings and retreats please contact us at info@yogaproject.com.

Course/Certification Time Extension

We're here to support you all the way through your course and certification. If you have an issue with completing the course within the allotted time frame then contact us and we'll gladly extend the expiration date. Additional course time extensions will cost $150 per extension.
